
Verkhovna Rada deputy’s cryptocurrency sales income more than doubles her salary
The leader of the Ukrainian party Holos and a member of the Verkhovna Rada, Kira Rudyk, received from the sale of cryptocurrencies 966,181 hryvnias (more than $34,000 at the rate at the time of writing), according to her declaration.
According to the provided information, Rudyk’s income from selling Bitcoin amounted to 505,101 hryvnias (over $18,000), and from Ethereum — 461,080 hryvnias (about $16,500).
At the same time, Rudyk’s salary in the Verkhovna Rada amounted to 417,267 hryvnias (less than $15,000).
Earlier it was reported that the deputy owned 31 ETH and 1 BTC.
