Pavel Durov’s Children Rank Sixth among Forbes’ Richest Heirs
The daughter and son of Telegram founder Pavel Durov could each inherit around $8.6 billion, подсчитал Forbes. The entrepreneur’s own fortune of $17.2 billion allowed his children to take sixth place in Forbes’ ranking of the richest heirs.
Both of Durov’s children were born to his former wife, Darya Bondarenko: a daughter in 2009 and a son in 2010. Forbes later revealed that the businessman’s son is named Mikhail.
Top three wealthy heirs were led by Yusuf Alekperov, the son of LUKOIL’s largest shareholder, Vagit Alekperov ($24.9 billion). In second place is Victoria Mikhelson, daughter of Novatek co-owner Leonid Mikhelson ($24.9 billion), and her half-brother, a preschooler. In third place Jahangir Makhmudov — transformation director at UMMC, the company of his father Iskander Makhmudov ($9.7 billion).
Earlier in April, Pavel Durov took the top spot on Forbes’ UAE billionaires list.
At the same time, the Telegram founder was ninth on Forbes Russia’s list of the wealthiest businessmen.
