OKX signs multi-year partnership with McLaren F1 Team

The cryptocurrency exchange OKX has signed a multi-year partnership with the British racing team McLaren F1 Team and their McLaren Shadow Esports Team.

The deal was worth several hundred million dollars. The exact amount was not disclosed.

Under the agreement, OKX branding will appear on McLaren cars, as well as on the suits and helmets of drivers Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo during the Miami Grand Prix on May 8.

According to Haidar Rafik, OKX’s chief marketing officer, no other cryptocurrency company has previously signed such large deals with Formula 1 participants.

Earlier in February, Bybit announced a partnership with the F1 Oracle Red Bull Racing team.

In June 2021, Crypto.com became a партнером гоночной серии «Формула-1».
