Inflection Points, founded by Anthony Pompliano, raises $12.6m

Inflection Points, the recruitment firm linked to Morgan Creek Digital co-founder Anthony Pompliano, closed a $12.6 million funding round and announced the acquisition of competitor Proof of Talent.

Investments were provided by Thiel Capital’s Peter Thiel, Fifth Down Capital, XYZ Fund, Rose Park Advisors, Blockchange, Third Prime, as well as a number of angel investors.

According to Inflection Points, the firm has upskilled and helped create jobs for 4,000 professionals in the industry. Since its inception the company has become profitable and attracted investments after revenues reached seven-figure figures.

The company acquired by Proof of Talent filled 100 positions for more than 40 startups. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

«By merging experience, we intend to develop comprehensive hiring solutions for talent and employers in the industry», said Proof of Talent founder Rob Paone.

Back in November 2021 Pompliano спрогнозировал, that technology giants would embed bitcoin across all industries.

According to LinkedIn, last year the number of crypto-industry-related job openings in the US grew by 395%.
