Three ARK Invest-managed exchange-traded funds bought additional Block securities of Jack Dorsey’s company for more than $15 million. This is evidenced by the company’s отчет.
The structures of Katie Wood’s firm added a total of 227 365 shares.
After the purchases, the firm’s securities balances at the funds stood at:
- the flagship ARK Innovation ETF — $483 million;
- the ARK Next Generation ETF — $96 million;
- TF ARK Fintech Innovation — $83 million.
According to Investing.com, at the time of writing Block’s shares were trading at $66.24, up 0.39% for the day.
In March, ARK Invest-managed funds bought Coinbase and Block securities for a total of $12.6 million.
Katie Wood’s firm restarted purchases of Coinbase stock in October 2022 after a four-month pause. She steadily expanded her positions in the stocks and only in March 2023 sold a stake worth $13.5 million.
At the end of April, the funds added to their holdings Coinbase’s securities for $8.6 million. The deal occurred on the same day that Coinbase filed a lawsuit against the SEC.
As noted in May, ARK Invest-controlled structures invested in the crypto exchange $8.3 million and $7.5 million.
