The blockchain will also store service history, information about accidents, breakdowns and repairs of the SUV. The initiative aims to increase the car’s value on resale.

Moscow to open access to blockchain-voting data for all citizens

Head of the Department for the Improvement of Territorial Governance and Smart Projects Development of the Moscow government Artem Kostyrko announced the upgrade of the blockchain-voting monitoring service in Moscow.

According to the official, the tooling will allow any citizen to become an electronic observer. After decrypting and publishing the results of the vote, those who wish will be able to verify their accuracy themselves.

Kostyrko claims that expanding the circle of observers to include ordinary citizens will be “an additional guarantee of the honesty and transparency of elections.”
