«We detected the hackers’ movement of funds, attacking Harmony One. Earlier they tried to launder money through Binance, and we froze their accounts. This time they used Huobi. We helped the exchange team block the assets», — said Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao.
According to analytics firm ZachXBT, on January 13-14 the attackers moved about 41,000 ETH tied to the hack, worth $63.5 million, through Railgun, before consolidating the funds and depositing them on three different exchanges. Their names were not disclosed. The hackers used more than 350 addresses to do this.

Elliptic believe that the Horizon attack may be attributed to the North Korea–linked Lazarus group. It is involved in the Ronin cross-chain bridge attack.
In September, the Harmony unveiled a new plan to compensate Horizon hack victims.
