
Bitcoin price nears all-time high above $64,000
On October 19, bitcoin prices approached an all-time high, briefly reaching $64,486 amid start of trading of the first U.S. futures-based ETF from ProShares.

As of writing, bitcoin was trading around $64,000. The asset’s market capitalization reached $1.2 trillion, according to CoinGecko.
Analyst Larry Cermak of The Block recalled the all-time high across crypto exchanges on April 14, 2021.
