BitTorrent token briefly enters the top 10 by market capitalisation

On Monday morning, April 5, the BitTorrent token (BTT) hit an all-time high of $0.013. According to CoinMarketCap, at that moment the asset had entered the top 10 by market capitalization with a value of $12.6 billion.

Over the last 24 hours, BTT rose 45.13%. The rally was aided by the update to the BitTorent File System protocol.

At the time of writing, the token price had slid to $0.011. According to CoinGecko, BTT ranks 18th by market capitalization among crypto assets, with a market cap of $7.9 billion.
