
CryptoQuant becomes an on-chain data provider for CME Group
The on-chain data provider CryptoQuant has gained official partner status with the Datamine platform from CME Group. That is stated in the press release.
Datamine enables traditional financial institutions to subscribe to receive detailed market data.
The collaboration with CryptoQuant will provide investors with a fundamental basis for evaluating digital assets.
According to CME, the firm’s services are used by more than 1 million cryptocurrency traders and 200 institutions in 200 countries.
The service’s data are used by Forbes, Bloomberg and CNBC.
In October, CME Group sent regulators a proposal that would enable derivatives trading without intermediaries.
In September, the exchange launched options on Ethereum.
In August, CME Group announced the listing of euro-denominated futures on the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
