The price of Dogecoin (DOGE) reached a new all-time high above $0.14. The digital asset jumped more than 90% in 24 hours, according to CoinGecko.
The project’s market capitalization exceeded $17 billion, according to CoinMarketCap. The digital asset ranked tenth by total market value.
American television personality and restaurateur Guy Fieri backed Dogecoin on Twitter. He has 3.4 million followers.

In April, Bitcoin price breached the $64,000 mark. The second-largest cryptocurrency hit an all-time high above $2,350.
In March, Elon Musk tweeted that he was buying a Shiba Inu. The entrepreneur did not clarify whether he meant a puppy of that breed or the Dogecoin featuring the dog meme.
In July 2020 and February 2021, Musk pumped the token price by 17% and 50%, respectively. In April 2019, the head of Tesla called Dogecoin his favourite coin.
Earlier, Dogecoin was backed by American rapper Snoop Dogg, musician and bass guitarist of the rock group KISS Gene Simmons and porn star Mia Khalifa.
