The Ethereum co-founder Jeffrey Wilcke transferred 22,000 ETH (~$41.1 million at the time of the transaction) to the Kraken exchange.

According to The Block, several sources, including analytics platforms Nansen and Arkham, labelled the wallet as belonging to Wilcke.
The last time the Ethereum co-founder transferred assets from this address was November 2020. At that time he sent 15,000 ETH to the same platform — about $9.1 million at the time.
In December 2019, he indirectly confirmed that he moved 92,000 ETH (~$11.9 million) to the Kraken exchange.
As of writing, the wallet holds more than 150,000 ETH worth about $280 million.
Some members of the crypto community speculated on Twitter that Wilcke could lock the sent coins in staking. However, it is unlikely that the Ethereum co-founder would use a centralized exchange for this purpose, noted by a user.
In May, an unknown address that purchased 8,000 ETH in the ICO (~$14.7 million) transferred all funds to another wallet.
In April moved 6,071 BTC, which had been held for nine years.
Earlier, an unknown address moved 2.04 million DOGE, which had been stored since December 31, 2013.
