January calendar: 13 years since Bitcoin’s launch and the 18th BNB burn

At the end of 2021, ForkLog prepared a calendar of January’s key events.

• January 3 — 13 years since the launch of the Bitcoin network (Genesis Block Day).
• January 5 — block reward halving from 32 HTR to 16 HTR for the Hathor cryptocurrency.
• January 15 — snapshot for the AQUA token airdrop for Stellar (XLM) holders.
• January 20 — airdrop for SOLO and XRP token holders from the Sologenic project (SOLO).
• On or before January 31 — block reward halving from 5000 RVN to 2500 RVN for Ravencoin.
• On or before January 31 — launch of the cross-chain bridge Secret Terra by the Secret project (SCRT).
• On or before January 31 — launch of Secret Starter Launchpad by the Secret project.
• On or before January 31 — launch of the Secret Invoice payment system by the Secret project.
• On or before January 31 — distribution of LOL tokens to IOST holders.
• January 2022 — the 18th quarterly burn of Binance Coin (BNB).
