LG Art Lab gives users the ability to buy, sell and showcase digital collectibles via their televisions.
“All LG products running webOS 5.0 will be able to interact with the app,” the announcement says.
Representatives of the Hedera project noted that LG Electronics accounted for almost a fifth of TVs sold worldwide.
19.2% of all TVs sold worldwide in Q1 2022 were made by @LGElectronics. Welcome to real-world adoption, powered by @Hedera.

The new solution is available in the United States. One option of LG Art Lab allows viewing authors’ profiles and getting acquainted with their upcoming works. There is also a countdown to future non-fungible token drops.
Transactions are carried out using the patented crypto-wallet Wallypto.
In March, LG Electronics included blockchain and cryptocurrencies in its corporate objectives.
