LibertyX enables cash sales of BTC at its Bitcoin ATMs

LibertyX, the operator of Bitcoin ATMs, has added the ability to sell Bitcoin for cash at 5,000 machines located across the United States.

The company launched the new feature in response to rising BTC prices. It allows users to avoid delays associated with bank transfers. LibertyX charges a commission of 8% for the operation.

To sell BTC, users simply use the app or website to enter the amount and select a convenient ATM. The cash is dispensed after entering the order number.

LibertyX is one of the leading operators of Bitcoin ATMs in the United States, with a network of more than 5,000 machines. In early 2019, the company received a license from the New York State Department of Financial Services.

In June 2020, the operator added the ability to buy BTC up to $500 at 20,000 popular retail points.
