LinkedIn, the Microsoft-owned business social platform, объявила the rollout of new artificial intelligence features designed to help recruiters in sourcing candidates.
The pilot project has been named Recruiter 2024. HR managers using the tool will be able to pose questions and search criteria in natural language, and the AI will select the most suitable resumes.
In addition, the tool can be used to create recruitment advertising campaigns.
In addition to the recruiting tool, LinkedIn also launched an AI-powered training program in the LinkedIn Learning section. According to the company’s statement, the technology can adapt content in real time depending on the user’s career direction.
Over the past year, interest in the platform’s AI training courses has grown by 65%.
At the Talent Connect summit in New York, LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky заявил that the recruitment industry needs a new impulse for development, and AI could help with this.
“The good news is that AI not only increases the demand for new, interesting technology development scenarios, but also becomes an excellent tool for creating them,” he added.
Earlier LinkedIn запустил a generative AI-based feature for automatically drafting messages to hiring managers. It is available to Premium subscribers.
In September, Microsoft announced the Copilot system, uniting Windows OS interfaces with AI language models.
Later, Meta introduced a suite of AI tools — the company spoke of a new voice assistant, a neural network with various personalities, smart glasses and stickers.
