Media: Revolut’s head of people to leave company

Revolut’s head of people Jim McDougall will leave the company, The Block reports.

McDougall had worked at the online bank since September 2020; before that he spent more than six years as Amazon’s HR director.

The executive helped shape Revolut’s flexible-working policy. In February the company announced that most employees would be moved to permanent remote work.

According to people familiar with the situation, the post will temporarily be occupied by Revolut’s head of performance management, Upayan Mitra (Upayan Mitra).

Earlier the company raised $800 million in another round. Following the deal, the online bank valued at $33 billion.
