
MSI launches third-most powerful Nvidia mining GPU
MSI has unveiled представила графический процессор CMP 50HX MINER. It is the third-most powerful model in Nvidia’s specialized mining lineup.
The MSI Crypto Mining Processor 50HX MINER is based on the TU102 GPU and features 3,584 CUDA cores. The base clock is 1,350 MHz. In Boost mode it rises to 1,545 MHz.

The device comes with 10 GB of GDDR6 memory. Power consumption is 225 W.
The graphics card is equipped with a turbine-style fan. There are no video outputs; instead, an open exhaust space is provided. It connects to the motherboard via PCI Express 1.0 x4.

The claimed Ethereum hash rate for the CMP 50HX MINER is 45 MH/s.
MSI did not disclose the recommended price of the graphics card or its launch date.
Earlier the company introduced the graphics processors CMP 30HX Miner and CMP 30HX Miner XS from the same series.
Nvidia released the CMP chip line to meet demand from miners.
First photos of Gigabyte’s lower-end CMP 30HX model were published in March. Its Ethereum mining hash rate is 26 MH/s.
The second-most powerful chip, the CMP 40HX from ASUS, demonstrated strong results in internal testing. The maximum hash rate of a single device while mining Ethereum reached 43.77 MH/s instead of the manufacturer-claimed 36 MH/s.
