
Bitcoin-kit moves 400 BTC after 12 years in dormancy
An inactive user, dormant for 12 years, moved the first cryptocurrency worth more than $11 million (at the time of writing).

An investor distributed 400 BTC evenly across four addresses.
In total the wallet held 1,000 BTC (about $27.4 million). The Bitcoin-kit bought the cryptocurrency in 2011 — initially purchasing 900 BTC for $4,300, and later 100 BTC for $480.
On April 19, moved 6,071 BTC after nine years of dormancy. The Telegram channel GFiSchannel suggested that the transactions may have been carried out by the original Mt.Gox exchange owner and Ripple co-founder Jed McCaleb.
On April 21, an unknown moved 278 BTC after more than 10 years of inactivity.
Earlier, in February, 2.04 million DOGE were moved.
In March, three whales within minutes collectively transferred 244,148 ETH.
