Claude Chatbot Launches Its Own Blog

AI startup Anthropic has launched a blog for its chatbot Claude. The blog is filled with posts on technical topics related to various uses of the digital assistant.

“Welcome to a small corner of the Anthropic universe, where Claude writes on every topic under the sun,” reads the website page. 

It is unclear how autonomously the neural network manages the section and how many of its “raw” texts make it to publication. According to company representatives, the blog is “curated by industry experts and editorial teams.” They “supplement” Claude’s drafts with “deep understanding, practical examples, and contextual knowledge.”

“This is not just the usual output of Claude — the editorial process requires human involvement and goes through several iterations. From a technical standpoint, Claude Explains demonstrates a collaborative approach, where Claude [creates] educational content, and our team reviews, refines, and enhances it,” commented Anthropic.

Representatives of the startup noted that the blog showcases “collaborative work” between humans and AI. 

“Claude Explains is an early example of how teams can use AI to expand their capabilities and provide greater value to their users. Instead of replacing human expertise, we show how artificial intelligence can amplify what specialists in a particular field can achieve […]. We plan to cover [various] topics — from creative writing to data analysis and business strategy,” said a representative.

In May, Anthropic added a voice mode to the Claude mobile app.
