Crypto.com announces date for UFC collectible NFT drop

Crypto.com, the payments company, released the first NFTs for the UFC.

The first UFC 268 Packs collection is tied to the upcoming rematch fight, “UFC 268: Usman vs. Covington 2.” It includes digital images from Fight Night events, posters, championship belts, fighter characters, and avatars.

2,999 NFTs of varying rarity will be available for purchase on November 4. The starting price will be $40 per NFT. Along with the token, the buyer will receive a collectible item that can be resold on Crypto.com NFT.

Among NFT holders, the organizers will run the UFC 268 Collection Sweepstakes. Prizes include UFC gift cards, Fight Pass subscriptions and other exclusive prizes.

Winners will be announced on November 7 after UFC 268 concludes.

In July, Crypto.com signed a $175 million deal with UFC, becoming its first-ever official partner for combat gear.
