Grayscale opens nine ETF-related vacancies

Asset-management firm Grayscale Investments has opened nine vacancies referencing an exchange-traded fund (ETF).

In February, Canada registered the first Bitcoin ETF in North America, managed by Purpose Investments.

In March, regulators approved the launch of an exchange-traded fund from CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) and Galaxy Digital, led by Mike Novogratz.

Earlier, applications to register a Bitcoin ETF with the SEC were filed by NYDIG, Bitwise, VanEck and Valkyrie Digital Assets. As of writing, the regulator had not approved any of them.

Earlier, SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce said that U.S. capital markets are ready for the launch of exchange-traded products based on the first cryptocurrency.
