Improbable raises $150 million to build the M² metaverse network

The British startup Improbable has raised $150 million to build the interoperable metaverse network M².

The funding round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Also participating were Mirana, Digital Currency Group, CMT, SIG, and Ethereal Ventures.

Improbable helps various platforms implement elements of Web 3.0 and launch metaverses based on its own proprietary technology.

\”The M² network will combine Morpheus technology with new services focused on interoperability, trading of digital assets and Web3 governance,\” the startup’s blog says.

Back in April, the Kingdom metaverse raised $3.6 million from Alameda Research and other investors.
