P2P crypto exchange Chatex to give away an iPhone 12 to celebrate rebranding

The European platform for exchanging and storing cryptocurrencies Chatex has completed its rebranding and launched a competition with a prize fund of 200,000 rubles. The project’s site reports.

Chatex’s main product is the телеграм-бот for P2P trading of cryptocurrency. The exchange also offers a business service: companies can accept payments in cryptocurrency through the Chatex payment gateway.

The project is registered in Estonia and complies with EU data protection requirements. According to Chatex, the platform has around 160,000 customers worldwide.

Chatex supports BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, XRP, BTG, DASH, BCH, TRX and TON Crystal. Users can protect their wallets with a PIN after verification.

Advertisers pay the transaction fee on Chatex. It depends on monthly trading volume and ranges from 0.35% to 0.7%. The service does not charge fees for transfers within the platform.

On October 18, Chatex completed the rebranding process. The service updated its site, logo and the look of its social media channels.

“Exactly two years have passed since our product went online. The service is ready to become more serious, so we have completely changed the visual style, updated the site and social networks. We want to show users that Chatex is continually developing and adapting to new conditions,” — said Chatex co-founder Vladislav Bulachnikov.

In addition, since early 2020 Chatex has added such tools and features:

• the ability to customise wallets;
• an embedded calculator;
• support for the USDT ERC-20 protocol;
• Chatex Price Widget — a widget for real-time monitoring of cryptocurrency prices.

To celebrate the rebranding, Chatex is running a contest among service users. Participants earn points for invited users and trades totaling at least $150.

On November 19, the organizers will randomly select the contest winners. They will receive:

• 1st place — iPhone 12;
• 2nd place — AirPods Pro;
• 3–5 places — $300 into a deposit;
• 6–15 places — Chatex merchandise.

As noted by The Block Research, crypto and blockchain startups attracted $900 million in venture investments in the third quarter of 2020.
