Skate to Distribute 5 Million Ollies on Mantle Rewards Station Before Token Conversion

From September 20 to 29, 2024, the Skate project will distribute 5 million Ollies among users of the Mantle Rewards Station platform in a lottery format. This was announced in a blog post by Mantle.

Skate is developing infrastructure for Stateless Apps—applications operating across different networks in a unified state.

Ollies are points to reward early participants in the Skate ecosystem, which will be converted into tokens. The project has reserved 8% of the issuance for the community.

To receive Ollies, one must lock Mantle tokens (MNT) on the Mantle Rewards Station. The platform will daily credit MNT Power: the higher this metric, the more tickets a participant will receive.

In total, the Mantle Rewards Station will draw 500 tickets. Each can be exchanged for 10,000 Ollies.

“As a participation bonus, NFT Citizens of Mantle (CoM) holders will receive an additional ticket. A snapshot will be taken on September 29, 2024. Visit the Mintle platform and Bybit NFT marketplace to obtain your NFT CoM,” the Mantle blog states.

The exchange of tickets for points will take place from October 3 to November 3, 2024. Ollies balances are available on the Skate website, and MNT Power on the activity page.

Additionally, from September 20 to October 18, Skate will distribute 2 million Ollies and 50,000 MNT among users who make a deposit in the Vertex Liquidity Vault.
