Trust Wallet developers add Ledger hardware wallet support

The Trust Wallet team has implemented Ledger hardware wallet support via a browser extension, project representatives told ForkLog.

“Thanks to this integration, Trust Wallet provides Ledger users with smooth and flexible access to decentralised applications, the ability to manage assets and transfer them between online- and offline wallets, providing greater control over the security of coins,” the developers noted.

They say the main advantage of this approach is even more secure storage of digital assets while preserving ease of use and functionality.

Back in December, the Trust Wallet team added support for cross-chain swaps to the non-custodial wallet thanks to the THORChain protocol integration.
