Two more DFA issuers licensed in Russia

On June 15, the Bank of Russia awarded the status of information-system operator for the issuance of digital financial assets (DFA) to Eurofinance Mosnarbank and the blockchain platform «Tokion» — a subsidiary of PSB.

Pilot issuances are planned through the end of 2023.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will be able to tokenize debt obligations, precious metals, raw materials, commodities, their own products and services, real estate, and intellectual property.

Licenses for DFA issuance in Russia are also held by Atomyze, «Lighthouse», Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and «Masterchain».

ForkLog previously reported that by mid-June the total volume of tokens issued in Russia stood at about 4.6 billion rubles.
