Ukrainian police shut down nine Bitcoin exchanges

The National Police of Ukraine, in collaboration with the FBI заблокировала nine cryptocurrency exchanges that were used to launder criminal funds.

The sites in question are 24xbtc.com, 100btc.pro, pridechange.com, 101crypta.com, uxbtc.com, trust-exchange.org, bitcoin24.exchange, paybtc.pro and owl.gold.

According to investigators, cybercriminals laundered proceeds from ransomware attacks and online scams through them. Anonymous exchange services were advertised on closed hacker forums.
