The company behind the NFT collection Bored Ape Yacht Club, Yuga Labs, froze the leaderboard of the recently launched GameFi-game Dookey Dash.

In Dookey Dash, a player rockets through a sewer tunnel, dodging obstacles and collecting bonuses.
Announcing the game in January, Yuga Labs promised to reward the most active participants with ‘mysterious sources of energy’, the nature of which they did not disclose. Participants were to accumulate points over three weeks until February 8.
The entry to Dookey Dash is the NFT Sewer Pass. The tokens were distributed among owners of assets from the Bored Ape Yacht Club and Mutant Ape Yacht Club collections.
Access can also be obtained by purchasing the NFT on the secondary market. According to Crypto Slam, at the time of writing the Sewer Pass trading volume stood at about $73.4 million.
It appears that #DookeyDash was widely botted and unfortunately @BoredApeYC/@yugalabs is to blame. (1/43)

We want Dookey Dash to be as fair as possible. As we’ve mentioned previously, we will not allow cheating. We’ve already noticed some #DookeyDash Sewer Passes associated with cheating. Those scores have now been removed from the leaderboard.

They added that they would continue the review, and users who employed unscrupulous methods will no longer have access to the game.
In December, Yuga Labs appointed Daniel Alegre as CEO of Activision Blizzard.
