
Kyiv Council Members Identified as Cryptocurrency Holders
The Ukrainian civic movement “Chesno” has scrutinized the declarations of Kyiv city council members to identify cryptocurrency holders.

The largest holder of digital assets is Dmytro Belytskovets from the “Udar” party. According to the document, in 2013 he acquired a total of 398 BTC valued at 128,000 UAH.
Belytskovets’s 2024 declaration does not specify the exact number of bitcoins, but their acquisition date and value at the last monetary assessment match.

Former “Servant of the People” deputy Vladyslav Trubytsyn declared 48 BTC in 2020 and 2021, valued at 24,437 UAH at the time of purchase.
Oleksandr Pluzhnyk from OPZZh bought 10 BTC in 2014 for 83,930 UAH, as reflected in his 2020 declaration. These bitcoins are not mentioned in his 2024 declaration.
Heorhiy Yasinsky from “European Solidarity” declared in 2020 ownership of 1,500 units of an unnamed asset valued at 423,724 UAH. In 2021, this amount decreased to two units. As of 2024, Yasinsky does not own cryptocurrency, according to the reports.
Anna Svyrydenko from the “Batkivshchyna” faction first declared digital assets belonging to her husband Pavlo Horbasenko in 2022. 0.00010768 BTC and 6.11 ZEC were collectively acquired for 8,407 UAH and are still held on the Binance exchange.
Previously, the Opendatabot service identified the largest cryptocurrency holders among Ukrainian officials.
According to its data, the most declarations of cryptocurrency ownership in 2022 were submitted by employees of the National Police and the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine.
