Market capitalisation reached $70.2m, with trading volume above $18.7m.
More than 100,000 users are eligible to claim the SKR airdrop.
Seeker owners can claim free coins via the phone’s built-in wallet within 90 days. Unclaimed tokens will return to the general pool.
Solana Mobile allocated 30% of the total SKR issuance — 10bn coins — to rewards.
Developers recommended staking the received tokens. The incentive mechanism relies on regular issuance every 48 hours.

Tokenomics follow a linear decline in inflation to stimulate and reward early participants in the ecosystem. The initial annual rate is 10%. Each year this figure will fall by 25% from the previous level until it reaches 2%.
The SKR launch coincided with the start of Seeker’s second season, featuring a refreshed app catalogue, a rewards system, early access to products and a focus on DeFi, gaming, payments, trading and DePIN.
With SKR going live, the real work begins. Seeker Season 2 is already underway.

Reaction to the airdrop
Opinion on the SKR distribution was split. Users who received several thousand dollars were pleased with the payout.
I just used the phone without expecting anything in return.
Using a crypto native phone built in mind for security just seemed to be it.
Getting $10k+ as an airdrop is an absolute gift.

“I just used the phone without expecting anything in return. The very idea of using a phone created specifically for cryptocurrencies with an emphasis on security already seemed to me sufficient reward. Getting $10,000 as an airdrop is a real gift,” wrote a user under the nickname Moontime.
Others were happy with smaller rewards such as $77.
Just claimed my $SKR 💸

Some users were unhappy — a community member under the pseudonym Bouncy called the airdrop “the most disappointing” in his 11 years of interacting with crypto projects.
A similar view was expressed by a user nicknamed Oiiaoiia, who received $50 in the distribution.
“You buy a phone, get it a year and a half later, they ask you for another $50 for shipping. And then, as a reward for all the suffering, they credit you $50, while the founder of Solana hypes it as Zcash,” wrote the user.
In mid-December, the Solana Foundation entered into a partnership with Project Eleven to prepare the network for a potential threat from quantum computers.
