WhiteBIT lists internal token WBT

The cryptocurrency exchange WhiteBIT listed the internal token WhiteBIT Token (WBT). The asset was added to the platform on 25 August at 17:00 (Kyiv/Moscow time).

Earlier the company conducted IEO of the instrument. In the public sale, the exchange sold 1 million WBT. Trading ended 15 minutes after the start. It involved 5,279 users.

According to the white paper, WBT operates on Ethereum (ERC-20) and Tron (TRC-20) networks. All tokens were pre-mined — the supply is capped at 400 million.

On WhiteBIT, WBT trades in a USDT pair. At the time of writing, the asset’s price stood at $2.60 — trading started at $1.90.

WhitePay, part of the WhiteBIT ecosystem, launched cryptocurrency payments for goods in major electronics retailers across Ukraine.
